Refund Policy

At Holiplay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refunds policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for digital PDFs sold on our website, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and international standards.

1. All sales are final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital PDFs are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, unless required by law.

2. Exceptions for refunds

We will provide a refund or replacement if your purchase meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The digital PDF is faulty, corrupted, or does not download properly.
  • The digital PDF is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
  • The digital PDF fails to meet consumer guarantees under consumer law of the appropriate jurisdiction.

3. Requesting a refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following information in your request:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase.
  • The order number and date of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

4. Processing refunds

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect selection of a product.
  • Failure to download the product within the available time frame.
